During the COVID-19 crisis, Manual Therapy is still available! You can be taught how to virtually assess your situation and together and along with your other providers, if necessary, we can come up with a plausible clinical impression. Once this is accomplished, we can customize your very own Self-Guided Manual Therapy Program.

Manual therapy is a clinical approach utilizing specific hands-on techniques, including but not limited to joint mobilization, used by the kinesiolgist to assist with the treatment soft tissues and joint structures for the purpose of:
- reducing pain
- increasing range of motion (ROM)
- reducing or eliminating soft tissue inflammation
- inducing relaxation
- improving contractile and non-contractile tissue repair, extensibility, and/or stability
- facilitating/restoring better movement
Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are:
- Thai Yoga Massage for the Table
- Integrative Yoga Therapy
- Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
- Passive-Assisted Stretching
- Active-Assisted Stretching
