Race report @torontotriathlonfestival
Are you getting enough?
What a great start to my 2022 racing season. This past weekend I captured 1st in my Category, 3rd overall female and Top 20 overall performance at the #5150triathlon Mont Tremblant Sprint Triathlon.
A huge formal congratulations to my long time client, Master’s Triathlete World Champion @jimfisherrotman

“A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balance sequence, are worth hours of doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion.” ~ Joseph Pilates
